Chapter 758 - 757: I Solemnly Swear That I Am Up to No Good, and the Mischief Succeeded.

Approaching the bar counter, Amenadiel asked Maze what was happening in the club and what Lucifer had arranged this time. Wiping a glass, Maze gave Amenadiel a mocking look, considering their rather turbulent recent past. But despite their history, Maze still decided to explain what was going on with Lucifer and who his two new friends were.Amenadiel first froze in place upon hearing that his younger brother, whom he had never seen before, was standing on stage next to Lucifer. Not believing what he heard, Amenadiel looked at Maze again, wanting to say that this was a terrible joke. Maze only indifferently shrugged and poured a little whiskey into Amenadiel's glass, silently making it clear that she didn't care whether he believed her or not.

Soon Amenadiel received final confirmation when Alex, Lucifer, and Dean finally stopped singing songs on stage and noisily returned to the bar counter. The moment Alex approached, Amenadiel could clearly sense from his aura alone that he really was their younger brother.

Alex, already heavily drunk, was in a state where nothing was holding him back anymore. The moment he saw Amenadiel, he immediately impulsively went in for a hug. Amenadiel's eyes widened for a moment from such violent friendliness, and he nearly dropped the glass of whiskey.

"Glad to see you, brother. Even though this is our first meeting," Alex said, laughing loudly and continuing to hug Amenadiel tightly.

"Um, yeah. Nice to meet you too… I didn't know we had a new brother," Amenadiel replied in an awkward tone, friendly hugging Alex back.

"Hey, don't be so uptight, Amenadiel. Aren't you glad to see our new brother? So stop standing there like a post and let's all drink together," Lucifer said with a wide smile, proprietarily wrapping his arms around Alex and Amenadiel's necks.

Hearing such words from Lucifer, Amenadiel immediately sensed a catch. He knew his older brother too well to understand that he was up to something. And what Amenadiel was absolutely sure of was that this would result in yet another major mess that Lucifer was planning to cause.

Amenadiel looked at Lucifer with suspicion, who was already completely drunk and vigorously ordering another round of whiskey for the four of them. But seeing how warmly Lucifer treated their younger brother, Amenadiel brushed such thoughts aside, considering it just old paranoia related to Lucifer's habits.

Convinced that Lucifer had simply thrown a party to welcome their younger brother, Amenadiel thought it wouldn't be bad to have some fun with them instead of just leaving. And he also sincerely wanted to spend a little time with Alex and get to know him better, since they were brothers.

And very quickly Amenadiel joined the general merriment, but this time he didn't fall for Lucifer's drinking trick, since the previous experience was still quite fresh in his memories. Therefore, he preferred to drink alcohol that Lucifer hadn't touched so he could remain sober.

After all, the feeling that Lucifer was up to something hadn't gone away — it had only slightly dulled from the desire to get to know his younger brother better. Very quickly Amenadiel blended into the overall atmosphere and began getting acquainted with Alex and Dean. And this was difficult for him, because Alex and Dean simply couldn't stop at one song and decided to continue performing on stage, enthusiastically singing one track after another.

And all the songs they sang were exclusively old-school hard rock. To top it all off, Lucifer constantly joined them, as he also couldn't just stand and silently watch from the sidelines.

As a result, the party in the club quickly turned into a full-blown brutal performance by Alex, Dean, and Lucifer. Amenadiel, who was principled in not participating in all this madness, could only watch embarrassedly from the bar counter, having absolutely no idea how he should react to such a family farce.

"You're as uptight as always, Amenadiel. Don't you want to join in like last time? You had so much fun then," Maze said with a smile, pouring another portion of whiskey into Amenadiel's glass.

"I think I'll pass. The last time was quite enough for me. And I don't want to repeat it again… How about you, Maze?" Amenadiel replied, shaking his head and slowly turning toward Maze.

"Are you asking how I am after our breakup? Or are you interested in my opinion about the fact that you're now sleeping with my friend? Or maybe you want my opinion on your new younger brother, who isn't as much of an asshole as you?" Maze began asking in a sarcastic tone, lazily making herself a cocktail and looking at Amenadiel with a mocking gaze.

Amenadiel sighed slightly upon hearing Maze's sarcastic tone. He perfectly understood that their story had left behind too many heavy questions. And the issue wasn't the banal "he's an angel and she's a demoness" — their relationship had cracked for a completely different, much more personal reason, leaving behind only dull resentment on Maze's part. On top of that, he was now in a relationship with Linda.

Amenadiel was aware of the full complexity and wrongness of this act, but he genuinely liked Linda Martin, and therefore he was firmly determined to stay with her, despite the fact that Linda and Maze were friends. Amenadiel knew that this difficult conversation with his ex was inevitable anyway. Taking another sip of whiskey, he looked at Maze, who calmly poured herself a cocktail into a glass and began drinking it.

"I think it's all of the above… But I'd prefer to hear your opinion about Alexander. What do you think of him?" Amenadiel said with a heavy sigh, feeling dull guilt over how exactly his relationship with Maze had ended.

"I already told you, he's cool and totally my type. And he's far from being an asshole. And the sight of him covered in blood… Whew, you should have seen it. It was something else," Maze replied, taking a slow sip of her cocktail and intently watching Alex on stage.

"What do you mean covered in blood? What happened here at all?" Amenadiel asked, frowning and stubbornly ignoring Maze's usual mocking tone.

"Heh, so you don't know anything. Lucifer and your new younger brother already managed to have a brutal fight. And it was a pretty savage fight between them. Luckily, you missed it. Because you would have started stubbornly trying to reconcile everyone again," Maze replied mockingly, smoothly stirring the cocktail in her glass.

"Why did they fight?" Amenadiel continued asking, becoming completely confused about what had actually happened between Alex and Lucifer.

In response to Amenadiel's question, Maze only smirked, taking a lazy sip of her cocktail. She made it clear that he would have to find out for himself why two of his brothers had decided to have a brutal fight and trash the club. Frowning, Amenadiel realized he wouldn't get any answers from Maze and would have to figure out the cause of the clash himself.

Continuing to frown, Amenadiel shifted his heavy gaze to the stage, where Alex, Dean, and Lucifer were currently performing and hadn't stopped singing songs for a single moment. Seeing how Alex and Lucifer were brotherly hugging each other by the shoulders, Amenadiel doubted Maze's words about the recent brawl for a second.

But he perfectly understood that Maze wasn't the type to lie cheaply about something like this, even if she was a demon. And the only assumption Amenadiel had about this fight was that Lucifer had been the cause of the conflict. Amenadiel was one hundred percent sure of this, knowing his brother far too well.

Several hours passed very quickly, and Amenadiel was able to learn the true reason why two of his brothers had decided to have a brutal fight with each other. Upon hearing the truth, Amenadiel could only sigh heavily, gloomily shaking his head from side to side. By this time they had already moved to Lucifer's spacious penthouse so they wouldn't have to crowd in the noisy club anymore.

Once in the penthouse, Alex, Dean, and Lucifer continued enthusiastically drinking, but now higher-quality alcohol that Alex endlessly pulled from his inventory. Having had enough fun at the club, Alex suggested simply playing cards and chatting peacefully over drinks. No one refused such an offer, and even Amenadiel saw no reason to decline and joined the game.

Over cards, Amenadiel was able to get to know his new younger brother better and understand exactly what he did. Upon hearing that their father had personally entrusted Alex with saving dying worlds from beings of Chaos, Amenadiel was sincerely surprised that the Father's strict rule of non-interference in the Multiverse somehow didn't apply to Alex. But very quickly Alex smoothly changed the subject and began enthusiastically talking about his family.

"Do you have children, brother?" Amenadiel asked in surprise, smoothly shuffling the cards before dealing.

"Yeah. I have five little princesses. Want me to show them to you right now?" Alex replied with a wide smile, reaching into his pocket for his personal phone.

"Here we go again. The moment he starts talking about his daughters, he can go on about it for hours," Dean said with a slight chuckle, taking a sip of whiskey.

"It's all stupid envy, Dean. You don't have your own daughters, so you're pissed off with jealousy," Alex said in a mocking tone, exaggeratedly waving his arms and nearly knocking over a glass of alcohol, to which Dean only rolled his eyes once again in silence.

"I still don't understand, little brother, what's so great about these children. To me, they're just carriers of extra trouble with their little hands that want to touch everything and constantly need something," Lucifer said with slight disdain, showing with his whole appearance his squeamish attitude toward children.

"Is that how you think about Trixie too, Luci?" Amenadiel asked, stubbornly pointing at Lucifer with the hand in which he firmly held a glass of whiskey.

"Don't you dare drag Trixie into this. This and that are two completely different things. That child will eventually become the perfect assistant for my best pranks," Lucifer said with a chuckle, sharply rising to Trixie's defense.

"Just admit that you like Trixie not because she's Chloe's daughter, but simply because you genuinely like Trixie herself," Alex interjected, giving his older brother a mocking look.

"I don't dare deny that. But don't expect me to ever say it out loud. Maybe I never lie, but that doesn't mean I'm going to say such pink sappy nonsense out loud," Lucifer replied, carelessly shrugging and firmly making it clear that he would not utter the sentimental words they were so stubbornly waiting for from him.

Alex, Dean, and Amenadiel looked at Lucifer mockingly, who with his entire well-groomed appearance made it clear that he didn't care about these looks. Chuckling, Alex turned to Amenadiel and began showing photos of his daughters. Showing interest in his younger brother's family, Amenadiel sat closer, sincerely interested in viewing the photos.

What truly stunned Amenadiel was that their father personally took Alex's daughters on small grandfather-granddaughters adventures. Even Lucifer, upon hearing this, instantly froze in place, looking at Alex in surprise. Even he was shocked to the depths of his soul by such information.

But soon Lucifer only carelessly shrugged, demonstratively not taking it seriously. Amenadiel, on the contrary, wanted to meet his nieces as soon as possible and couldn't deny that his brother's daughters were in their own way very cute. Continuing to enthusiastically play cards, Alex began telling funny stories that had happened with his daughters, especially on the wild Pandora.

When Lucifer heard that his nieces had stolen a refrigerator from some local poor guy to make a powerful bomb, he could no longer hold back and began laughing loudly. What amused him even more was when Alex showed a video of how his daughters had stolen a car and staged a scene from the movie "Mad Max," tightly tying Psycho to the hood of the car.

The more carefully Lucifer listened to stories about his insane nieces, the more he genuinely liked them. Only Amenadiel still treated such dangerous children's adventures with skepticism.

"Brother, I don't want to talk about raising children since I don't have any… But still, I think that taping a chair to a rocket and putting a person on it for a launch into space is not the best idea for children's games," Amenadiel said with a strained smile, expressing his deep concern about his nieces' behavior.

"Come on, why are you so boring? That idiot himself said he wanted to ride a rocket. So what's the problem?" Lucifer said in an exaggerated tone, seeing no issues with his nieces growing up as such mischievous gremlins.

"The problem is exactly that, Luci. It's quite possible that the guy wanted to ride inside the rocket, not being tightly strapped to a chair on the outside of the structure," Amenadiel said wearily, gloomily shaking his head from side to side.

"Well then he should have clarified in time exactly what he wanted. My considerable experience communicating with Crowley has made it clear to me that you need to express your desires correctly. So that's the problem of the guy who expressed himself incorrectly," Dean harshly interjected, coldly shifting all the blame onto the poor guy.

"Fine, let's say. Then what about that guy tied to the car that flew off a cliff? How did he express himself incorrectly?" Amenadiel said wearily, considering himself the most reasonable one here.

"There are plenty of such psychos on Pandora. And I dare to assume… Or rather, I'm even sure that he genuinely enjoyed that ride. True, I had to give Scooter a new car afterward, or Moxxi was a little upset that her son had been robbed," Alex replied in a carefree tone, lazily lighting a thin cigar.

Amenadiel looked at his two brothers and decided to simply stay silent. At that moment he had absolutely no intention of starting his usual tedious tirade about what was right and what wasn't. After all, he already knew perfectly well that Lucifer definitely wouldn't listen to him, and Alex, who was already quite drunk, would completely ignore all the lectures.

And so he made a simple male decision — to continue lazily relaxing, playing cards and peacefully chatting with his new younger brother and his friend. He really liked Dean's tough character, who behaved like a protective older brother, firmly believing that he was obligated to protect the younger one to the end. It was this strong character trait in Dean that Amenadiel liked very much, as he had always highly valued such qualities in people, even if Dean had long since ceased to be an ordinary human.

After a few more hours and several more bottles of quality alcohol poured down their throats, Alex and Dean were already so drunk that they began to fall heavily asleep from wild fatigue. Lucifer decided to continue showing feigned hospitality, generously offering Alex and Dean to stay the night in his spacious penthouse so they wouldn't have to go anywhere.

Alex and Dean didn't particularly object and instantly collapsed on the corner sofa in Lucifer's penthouse. And just a couple of minutes later Alex and Dean were peacefully sleeping, not worrying at all about what was happening around them.

Sitting at the table, Lucifer smiled widely and instantly sobered up, returning to his normal working state in a second. Thinking that it was time to finally carry out the large-scale plan, Lucifer shifted his predatory gaze to Amenadiel, who had just stepped out onto the balcony to calmly breathe some fresh air.

Getting up from the table, Lucifer smoothly walked past the sleeping Alex and Dean with a cheerful smirk on his face. He in no way denied that he had had a lot of fun spending time in their brutal company. But that didn't mean he was going to cancel the grand prank on Alex and Dean.

Chuckling slightly, Lucifer stepped out onto the balcony to Amenadiel and quickly hid the smile on his face. Standing next to Amenadiel, Lucifer lazily leaned on the railing and raised a thoughtful gaze to the night sky.

"I can't deny that our father made the right choice by giving our younger brother such freedom," Amenadiel said in a calm tone, smoothly turning his head toward Lucifer.

"You decided to play daddy's boy even in this situation? Or should I remind you that it was you who decided to stay in this world and live among humans?" Lucifer spoke, haughtily lowering his gaze to Amenadiel.

"No. My current life suits me. I think I've started to understand what father meant by his words about freedom… Freedom to choose where we are, who we are with, and what we do. Probably that's exactly what our father wanted to show us," Amenadiel replied with a soft smile, raising his gaze to the night sky and showing his sincere feelings.

"Yeah, freedom. I almost believed it. Daddy is still the same as he always was. It's hardly noticeable that our brother is free, considering how much shit he has to clean up," Lucifer said in a sarcastic tone, lounging on the railing and dangling his legs down.

"Maybe you weren't listening well to our younger brother, Luci. But he himself sincerely wants to do this kind of work. And what does he get for saving these worlds?" Amenadiel spoke slowly, confidently stepping onto the railing and lowering a heavy gaze to the lights of the street below.

"I listened to everything our younger brother said. He receives powerful weapons as payment. And he doesn't do his work for free, even if he genuinely enjoys it," Lucifer said with a slight chuckle, lazily lighting a cigarette.

"As you say, Luci. As you say… And I think I'll head back home to Linda. I think she's already feeling much better after your idiotic pranks," Amenadiel said, preparing to return home.

Amenadiel wasn't angry at Alex or Lucifer for what had happened to Linda. But that didn't mean he wasn't irritated by this whole stupid situation. However, Linda herself later made it clear that she had simply been a little overwhelmed upon seeing Alex's horns and sharp teeth, which was why she had suddenly fainted. All she sincerely felt about it was a slight awkwardness from losing consciousness in the presence of two men she didn't know well.

Lowering his gaze to Lucifer, who continued lounging on the railing, Amenadiel slightly moved his shoulders, and gray angelic wings instantly appeared on his back. Despite the fact that he liked life among mortals, he still preferred a faster way of traveling.

And before Amenadiel could take off, Lucifer smirked slightly and stubbornly tugged at his brother's pant leg, firmly preventing him from flying away.

"Wait. Before you fly off, give me the coordinates of the Gaia world… You know, the one you were closely watching and even blessed the mortals of that world. What were they called, I can't remember right now," Lucifer said, lazily stopping Amenadiel with a gesture before he could leave.

"They were called the Cetra. A unique race that could freely hear the Lifestream flowing through the entire planet. And why do you need the coordinates of that universe? More than two thousand years have passed since the ancient disaster in that universe was temporarily stopped," Amenadiel asked, frowning and looking suspiciously at Lucifer.

"Exactly, temporarily stopped. How about sending our younger brother and his friend there so he can personally check everything? If there's no disaster — we'll consider it an ordinary joke. If there is a disaster — let Alex and Dean deal with it in their own way. Everyone ends up in the clear plus," Lucifer said with a wide smile, lightly clapping his hands and revealing his true intentions.

"I'm afraid I have absolutely nothing to pay our brother for his services. And no matter how much I want to help with the supposed problems in the Gaia world, my hands are tied, brother," Amenadiel replied, shaking his head and making it clear that he still strictly followed their father's rule.

"I'll take all the payment on myself. You just need to clearly indicate the exact location of that universe, and I'll take care of everything else, including any negotiations with our younger brother," Lucifer said with a smile, continuing to stubbornly pressure Amenadiel until he finally agreed.

As soon as Lucifer's words sounded, Amenadiel began to understand that his brother's venture was completely different from what he was actually saying. He knew that his brother was physically incapable of lying, which meant everything said was the pure truth. Trying to understand what Lucifer was really planning, Amenadiel frowned even harder.

But he still couldn't deny that if he agreed to such an adventure, everyone would end up in the clear plus. If the Gaia world was still under threat, their younger brother could easily deal with this infection and give the world a chance to exist.

But more than two thousand years had passed since the last time he had personally been in that universe, and he had absolutely no idea how the civilization on that planet had developed. All Amenadiel knew for sure was that the Gaia world still continued to exist, as did life on that planet.

Amenadiel faced a difficult choice: play along with Lucifer or subject innocent souls to possible total destruction. He perfectly knew what kind of parasite had once arrived in the Gaia world, and that creature was the very abomination that should not exist outside the limits of one specific dimension.

Weighing all the pros and cons, Amenadiel took a deep breath and finally agreed with Lucifer's decision to send Alex and Dean to the Gaia world. Seeing Amenadiel's agreement, Lucifer smiled contentedly, loudly clapped his hands, and jumped off the railing, impatiently awaiting the imminent start of his plans.

"Luci, before I show the way to that universe… Tell me honestly, what exactly are you planning," Amenadiel said in a calm tone, smoothly hiding his angelic wings and jumping off the railing onto the balcony floor.

"Isn't it obvious? I want to personally watch from the front row as my younger brother saves yet another world. From his stories, the Goddess of Luck is constantly tripping him up. And I want to see all of it. Everything from the very beginning to the victorious end. I want to see with my own eyes how he will change this world. I want to see how he will act like a hero or a monster, stubbornly intimidating the local villains. I want to see all of that," Lucifer replied with a wide smile, revealing his true plans for his brother.

"You really decided to arrange a grand show for yourself in the form of our brother, whom you want to force to work?" Amenadiel asked wearily, hearing the true reason behind Lucifer's actions.

"Absolutely. Those boy scouts from the neighboring universe have already frankly bored me. They lazily catch villains, put them in prison, and then they successfully escape. The Justice League? Ha-ha-ha! The League of Idiots. If they can't save their own world once and for all, then why the hell are they even dressing up in those latex costumes? A bunch of idiots and hypocrites," Lucifer said with deep disgust, viciously spitting on the floor and clearly showing his harsh attitude toward superheroes.

Amenadiel silently looked at Lucifer and didn't comment on his harsh disgust toward superheroes. After all, even though the heroes of that universe continued to stubbornly put villains in prison, they still managed to protect their world from total threats. And unfortunately, Amenadiel perfectly knew that not in all parallel universes the situation was similar. In some worlds, superheroes simply couldn't deal with the enemy in time, which caused their civilization to fall, or worse, they themselves were the ones who led their own world to complete destruction.

Shaking his head, Amenadiel gathered his thoughts and focused on the important thing — sending their younger brother and his friend to the universe he had previously closely watched. Returning from the balcony into the penthouse, Amenadiel and Lucifer quietly approached the corner sofa and looked at the sleeping Alex and Dean.

Lucifer began enthusiastically rubbing his hands in anticipation. After all, the very grand spectacle he so strongly desired awaited him. And if Chloe later joined the viewing, it would be twice as pleasant a show. Looking at the smirking Lucifer, Amenadiel at that moment sincerely began to doubt what exactly they were about to do.

He had never thought that he would ever do something like this to his younger brother and consciously help Lucifer with his dirty tricks. Mentally asking forgiveness from Alex and Dean, Amenadiel silently touched Lucifer, mentally transmitting the exact coordinates of the needed universe. Learning exactly where to open the spatial portal, Lucifer took a deep breath and carefully squatted down next to the sleeping Alex.

"Little brother, I sincerely hope you'll entertain me enough. After all, I will be watching your adventure closely from the front row. I hope you won't let me down. And then you'll guaranteed get a nice gift if you entertain me enough," Lucifer said with a wide smile, looking at Alex's sleeping face.

"Fuck off… I don't work for food anymore," Alex muttered dully without waking up at all, impulsively rolling over to the other side and slapping Lucifer across the face with the back of his hand.

Receiving an unexpected blow to the face, Lucifer didn't get angry, but his trembling eyelid clearly indicated that he was quite irritated. Rubbing the bruised spot on his chin, Lucifer smiled widely and sharply snapped his fingers, opening a spatial portal right under the sleeping Alex and Dean.

And a moment later Alex and Dean silently disappeared into the void, and the portal itself closed with a dull pop. Rubbing his hands in anticipation, Lucifer could no longer hide the wild excitement in his eyes. Amenadiel silently looked at the spot where their younger brother had been peacefully sleeping just a moment ago and frowned slightly upon noticing the obvious unnaturalness in the portal that Lucifer had just opened.

Wanting to find out as soon as possible what exactly Lucifer had done, Amenadiel already opened his mouth to ask this question. But at that same moment they both heard the sharp sound of flapping wings and synchronously turned their heads toward the balcony. Turning around, they saw Castiel, who had softly landed on the balcony, smoothly hiding his brown angelic wings.

Seeing that another one of his brothers had appeared on the scene, Amenadiel raised a surprised eyebrow, wondering why Castiel had decided to show up uninvited. Entering the spacious penthouse, Castiel sighed heavily, immediately noticing that Alex and Dean were no longer there.

"It seems I didn't make it in time. You still did it, brother," Castiel said, heavily raising a direct gaze to Lucifer, who wasn't even thinking of hiding the satisfied smile on his face.

"Oh, my dear Castiel. You know me so well. What a shame you were hopelessly late. And now our dear younger brother and your best friend Dean Winchester have safely gone off on a new grand adventure," Lucifer said with a smile, mockingly hinting that nothing could be changed now.

"I didn't doubt that… Amenadiel, are you involved in this too?" Castiel asked in a dry tone, slowly shifting his heavy gaze to his other brother.

"Understand, brother. Our younger brother is completely unbound by our father's strict rule. And that world he was just sent to may indeed be under serious threat…" Amenadiel quickly began speaking, desperately trying to justify his questionable action.

"The Gaia world, then… I understand. I will immediately talk to Sam and Alex's entire family. But if your club blows up tomorrow, Lucifer, you can only blame yourself," Castiel said calmly, deeply shoving his hands into the pockets of his beige coat and making it clear that he would help the guys in any way he could.

"Why would my club suddenly blow up?" Lucifer asked with obvious doubt, sincerely not understanding what these threatening words were even about.

"Our brother's family waited too long for the official end of his hard work to finally go on a well-deserved vacation. And you just ruined everything for them. So expect our nieces to visit you soon. And they are quite… headstrong children," Castiel said with a thin smile, clearly explaining exactly what awaited Lucifer for his little devilish prank.

"Oh, nothing terrible will happen. Big deal, what a tragedy. They'll still have a hundred times to go on their vacation," Lucifer said mockingly, lounging as he approached the bar counter to pour himself another drink.

"As you say, brother… At least I sincerely hope you didn't pull another dirty trick and properly sent Alex and Dean to another universe," Castiel said, shaking his head and carefully watching Lucifer's actions.

"Almost. I just carefully dropped them from the planet's orbit right above some Midgar. Or whatever that dirty place is called, I didn't choose too carefully. In any case, they'll guaranteed survive such a fall," Lucifer said with a quiet chuckle, taking a slow sip of whiskey and slightly narrowing his eyes.

"I knew it. Now I finally understand why that portal immediately seemed so strange to me," Amenadiel said angrily, pinching the bridge of his nose until it cracked from a sudden surge of irritation at Lucifer's latest insane stunt.

In response to these words, Lucifer laughed loudly and lazily waved his hand. After Lucifer's wave, a shimmering projection appeared right in front of them, on which Alex and Dean could be clearly seen falling, at that moment resembling two stars falling from the sky.

Seeing how Alex and Dean were rapidly plummeting downward, Amenadiel sighed heavily and decided to immediately intervene in the process so their hard fall wouldn't cause global destruction. Quickly opening a portal to the Gaia world, Amenadiel smoothly waved his hand, slowing Alex and Dean's free fall, who even in such a critical situation somehow managed not to wake up.

Seeing that Alex and Dean's fall had noticeably slowed, Lucifer irritably clicked his tongue. Castiel only silently shook his head, preparing to return to the bunker as soon as possible. After all, he now had to personally explain to Sam what kind of idiotic situation Dean had ended up in, and then give a normal coherent explanation to Alex's large family about what had actually happened to him.

Briefly saying goodbye, Castiel opened a return portal to the bunker for himself. And before finally leaving, Castiel dryly reminded Lucifer that mischievous gremlins might soon come visit him, and that he should be extremely careful with his club and penthouse.

Lucifer only carelessly waved him off, showing with his whole appearance that he knew perfectly well how to find the right approach to their younger brother's daughters. Castiel expressed deep doubt on that score and said nothing more, calmly entering the portal. Amenadiel also had no intention of lingering any longer and wanted to return home to Linda as soon as possible.

When all the guests had left, Lucifer remained completely alone in his spacious penthouse, slowly swirling a glass of whiskey in his hands and enthusiastically thinking about the upcoming grand show that he had so skillfully arranged for his brother.

To be continued...

(So, I had two choices: skip the introduction to Amenadiel and start the chapter right from where Alex and Dean ended up in Midgar, or show how it all came to this. And as you can see, I chose the introduction and the events that led Alex and Dean to another universe. And as usual, I'll try to keep things interesting. After all, the plot in FF7 is quite long and eventful. As for some requests about changing Cloud and Sephiroth's genders, well, heh. Damn it, you son of a bitch, I'm in. Now it's time to eat and relax a bit. Peace, love and mischief succeeded.)
