Chapter 102 Meeting My Own Older Brother
Chapter 102 Meeting My Own Older Brother
She got up earlier than Severus in the morning, quietly got up to cook breakfast, and then quietly returned to Severus's bedroom.
I walked quietly to the bedside, looked at his peaceful sleeping face, and my heart was filled with love.
“Severus, it’s time to get up,” I said softly, gently nudging his shoulder.
He frowned, turned over, and continued to sleep.
I couldn't help but smile; getting up was a difficult thing for him.
“Severus, breakfast is ready, with your favorite fried egg noodles and meat buns,” I continued, trying to tempt him with the food.
His nose twitched, as if he smelled the aroma of food, but he still didn't open his eyes.
I sighed helplessly. It seems I have to use my ultimate move.
I leaned down and whispered in his ear, "Severus, if you don't get up, I'll eat my breakfast."
His eyes snapped open, and he stared at me in terror. “Ayers!” he said, sitting up.
I looked at him with a smile. His hair was messy and his eyes were a little dazed, but he still looked so cute.
"Hurry up and wash up, then come have breakfast," I said, turning and leaving the room.
I went to the kitchen and brought breakfast to the table.
Soon after, Severus finished washing up and came to the dining table.
“Thank you, Ayers,” he said, and sat down.
"You're welcome, hurry up and eat, or your breakfast will get cold," I said, watching him start eating.
He took a bite of the meat bun and smiled contentedly. "Mmm, it's delicious," he said.
Watching him eat so happily filled my heart with happiness.
After breakfast, Severus stood up, walked to my side, and gently hugged me.
“Thank you, Ayers,” he said. “I love you.”
“I love you too, Severus,” I said.
We embraced, savoring this tender moment. I know our love will continue like this forever.
At noon, the two of us stayed in the kitchen again, cooking and eating lunch together. Afterwards, we took a walk around the neighborhood and then went home to start packing. I plan to go to France tomorrow to see my playful older brother.
The next day, I got ready and stood in the lobby waiting for Severus.
"Severus, we're about to leave." I didn't bring anything; I usually put my things in my portable backpack.
"Yes, he's here." Severus walked downstairs, and he seemed to be carrying only a black handbag.
"Have you packed everything? We're about to set off." I took his free hand and, with a 'phantom teleportation,' led him away to a deserted forest.
I moved Severus away from me, and then my body gradually grew larger, growing scales and claws, eventually transforming into a golden dragon tens of meters long.
"Come on up." I slowly lowered my head and let Severus sit down.
This was the first time Severus had ever seen me transform into a dragon like this. He had seen me fight the prototype of Remus Lupin, but he had never seen me transform into a dragon.
Severus climbed onto my dragon head and sat on my head.
"Severus, hold on tight, don't fall." I activated the wind shield in front of me, and just in case, I also used dragon magic to create a protective shield.
I spread my enormous wings and flew into the sky.
The dragon soared through the sky, piercing through the clouds and flying into the distance. My body shimmered with golden light, illuminating the entire sky.
Severus had never seen such a beautiful sky before. He didn't like riding brooms and had never flown this high. Now, thanks to Ayers, he could see such a beautiful blue sky and white clouds.
"If you're tired, you can take a rest. It might take us several hours to get to our destination." I was planning to go see that guy who plays games first, and then go collect his inheritance.
Even though he's not dead yet, that doesn't stop me from taking it, does it?
Who told him to be so irresponsible? He didn't get the person he was looking for, and ended up getting himself arrested.
You should learn from me; I can't even handle pursuing one person.
"I'm fine, I can read a book." Severus knew that it was because I protected him that he wasn't exposed to the strong wind, and he felt that he could read a book for a while in this environment.
"Okay, then take a look at the book, I'll call you when we get there." I then flew towards Nurmengard, where Gellert Grindelwald was imprisoned.
When Severus and I arrived at Nurmengard Prison, it was gloomy and cold, filled with a somber atmosphere.
We walked down the dimly lit corridor and finally arrived at Gellert Grindelwald's cell.
Through the iron bars, I saw a tall man with gray hair and eyes that revealed a profound wisdom and indifference.
He sat quietly on the bed, looking at us without the slightest surprise or fear, as if he had expected our arrival.
“My dear brother, it’s been a long time.” I greeted Gellert Grindelwald with a smile. Severus looked at me with surprise. He hadn’t expected me to have such an identity. Did that mean that Ayers had regained his previous memories?
Grindelwald smiled slightly, revealing a set of pearly white teeth. "Oh? My dear brother, it's been a long time. You seem to have grown even stronger since the last time I saw you. Why did it take you so long to come see me?"
I took a step forward, looked him in the eyes, and said, "I've come to see how you're doing these days, unable to even manage your own lover. I've also come to inherit the rest of your fortune."
Grindelwald's smile vanished, and his gaze turned serious. "That's a bit much, little brother. Aren't you going to try and get your older brother out of here?"
"You've finally figured it out? Had enough fun? Stop pretending?" I asked three times in a row.
Grindelwald was silent for a moment, then said, "It's time to go out. I miss him."
"What have you been talking about for so long?" Severus asked.
“His lover is Albus Dumbledore. He was angry with his lover, and this is the result—he's locked up here in the cold wind,” I explained to Severus.
Grindelwald sighed and said, "I just had a few crazy games with my apprentice, who knew he'd be angry with me for so long? I've locked him up here, and he hasn't even come to see me a few times."
I looked at him, rolling my eyes in exasperation. "I seriously doubt your intelligence."
Grindelwald nodded and said, "I know I'm smart."
Severus said coldly, "How dare you talk about yourself like that?"
Grindelwald smiled slightly and said, "My dear brother, you don't want me to not be able to marry your sister-in-law, do you?"
"What the hell? I'll give you a few seconds to come out here and die. What are you pretending for?" I threw him a secondhand wand that I had just bought randomly.
“Really, I’m free.” Grindelwald picked up his wand and unleashed a dark spell, 'bang'.
The prison door where he was being held was blown open.
