Reincarnated As A Lion In Another World

Chapter 927: The Freedom Formula

Chapter 927: The Freedom Formula

Kael felt awe as he watched the slime God flip his own realm with his first attack. He wasn’t offended that his ears had burst open or that layers of his skin were peeled off. He was already healed from that.

In fact, they had to appreciate what had happened.

With the shockwave alone, they should have died and their souls expelled from this heaven.

But the slime God was not going to let his first chance of getting out of here slip from his gelatinous fingers.

"The ants, they seem insistent," Kael said, bringing himself back to the logical reality and remembering what they were here for.

Silently, he told himself that this was a power that he too would have one day, but for now, some process had to be followed.

Seth nodded and looked at the All-King, "Although the ants never really got out very often from their Colony Heaven, we have enough information about them.

They operate within the same societal constructs as the bees and the termites. They exist in castes.

Soldiers, workers, nurses, builders, and of course, Queens.

Individual uniqueness is determined by their powers and various elements.

But no matter how strong they were, the ants are technically all servants of the Queens.

At least, that is how it is supposed to be..." Seth trailed off.

"The Ant God is male, so he is not a queen," Kael stated the obvious.

Around them, the world and environment continued to change rapidly as the slime wielded his blade arm.

"Maybe, he was an ordinary worker, before reaching Divine Tier," Seth said.

Kael shook his head, "No, he is the embodiment of Order itself, meaning that he was a Primordial before he became a god.

A male ant who is also the Primordial of his race. That must have set him apart from the Ant Queens of those times.

How fascinating, but it doesn’t matter.

What matters now is that he survived his era and became a god and divine lackey to the Highest Will.

He knows that we are the only ones who can help Change escape, so this battle will mostly be centered around us.

We will have to protect ourselves while also preparing the Freedom Formula that would work for Change," Kael said seriously.

"I have been working on my Freedom Formula," Seth said, "Since I am more attuned to it, let me be the sole operator of the Formula and its adjustments.

Now that I sense the aura of the Slime God, I can adjust and expand. All you have to do is provide me with the energy," Seth said.

He was making a compromise and this time there was no power play attached.

"Okay," Kael nodded, his eyes glowing mysteriously. He didn’t argue this matter, nor did he desire to.

Seth was truly better than him with the Freedom Formula.

If Kael had been able to free the lions from Original Heaven with the help of the Alphaverse, Seth might be able to do so with his power alone.

But at the same time, he acted like he did not know exactly what Seth might try to do.

"Do you have enough energy to do this?" Seth asked.

"Don’t ask me that, just do what you are supposed to do," Kael said, narrowing his eyes further as he read some meanings.

Kael could sense that something bad may happen, but he wasn’t too sure and since he wasn’t too sure, he couldn’t act.

What he was imagining in his head was a variable that he had never accounted for. No, he had accounted for it, but he didn’t imagine the possibility would rise in this place.

For the sake of clarity and completing this section of his plan, Kael chose to let it go and see what happens.

Far ahead, the Slime God, now manifesting as this massive slime entity, waved his other blade arm and slashed at the sky, tearing apart the air and void to cut through the hoard of ants that were still pouring through.

What occurred was something that shocked Kael and Seth.

Before the massive slime blade could completely cut through, another massive being appeared.

Four mandibles clashed with the edge of the slimy blade, sending spatial sparks and a tumbling void wave that rocked the sky and shattered the land.

"I haven’t forgotten!" Said the massive ant, the manifestation of Order, "This time, I will put you in your place!"

The colossal Ant God shrieked and pushed down from the sky, pressing its immense weight and falling through.

The blade was squashed and before it could regenerate, the Ant God calmed its mandibles and crashed into the slime being.

The two heavenly giants collapsed, falling and crashing into the ground.

Kael raised his hand in front of his face and erected a golden shield around himself.

The shockwave that hit this time was lesser. But the fact that it could still reach them despite being millions of light-years away meant that they would have died if they were any closer.

Meanwhile, Seth was still looking at the sky.

He waved his hands and allowed claws to grow out of the ends of his fingers. His glowing white eyes turned predatory.

Freedom Essence and Foreign Essence clouded his shoulders and arms as he prepared to survive.

"Change and Order are keeping themselves busy, so who will protect us from those guys?" He asked a very reasonable question.

The crack in the sky had fully widened by now, allowing millions of arkships to pour through like a river of galactic metal.

They could easily estimate that the number of ants that were entering Myriad Heaven right now was more than five hundred billion, maybe more.

This could only mean two things. Either the Ant God had way more than one trillion ants, which would be breaking the rules.

Or that he just didn’t care about the lives of his kin.

Both were true. It was unknown how long the Highest Will had been dissolving his laws but if the Ant God already knew when this particular law was dissolved, being a lackey to the Highest Will, then he had enough time to breed as many ants from his queens as possible.

At the same time, he could technically not care about their lives because he was still supporting the Highest Will who wanted to wipe everything out.

Perhaps the Highest Will had promised him safety and salvation, this was just a guess as no one knew.

But even if the Ant God could somehow survive, his ants would not.

Therefore, there was technically no use in caring too much about their matters or who died.

These ants that were pouring into the realm all knew that they were going to be fighting to their deaths.

To them, this was their last true act of devotion before their souls evaporated forever.

They attended to this conflict with the zeal of a fanatic.

"Hmm," Kael hummed. He was actually stumped by this part. Surely, they could fight.

But that was not meant to be so. They were supposed to be working on the Freedom Formula, not fighting.

How many clones would they have to create before they could match up to the sheer quantity of the ants that were coming at them at this moment?

"It’s not like we have a choice..." Kale was saying when there was another loud explosion.

"HAHAHAHAAHAAAAAA, FATE FAVORS US.

ARISE MY CHILDREN, LET US LIVE AGAIN!" The slime God shouted at the top of his telepathic voice. He sounded far more excited and animated than before.

Just when Kael was wondering what it could possibly be that would make the once robotic god this excited, transformations began to occur.

More frantic than ever, the sky and land transformed, undergoing thousands of transformations every second.

"We’re back!"

"Heheeheheee, I can breeeeeathe!"

"Look at me, look at my beautiful body!"

"How long has it been, where is our Lord?"

All around the Primordial Lion and Primordial Cat, strange voices filled the atmosphere.

The voices were very strange as all of them were telepathic, yet Kael and Seth could hear them with their ears too.

They sounded monotone, neither male nor female, but they all had a certain personality to their tones.

"I thought..." Seth said with a frown as he looked down.

*BOOM!*

Something burst out of the ground beneath them. It was a cube-shaped slime being.

Blackish grey with an entirely transparent inside. It flexed around bending its curves and edges.

It could be seen that this slime cube was very excited based on its movement. It kept on bouncing around, leaving black goo behind.

The aura that it was emitting left Seth stunned.

Mid-level immortal.

And this was just the start of a grand rebirth that was spreading through the realm. Different shapes, colours, and sizes.

The Essence of Change enveloped every corner, stimulating the rise and resurrection of the Slime Race.

And every single one of these slimes was surfacing with an extremely unhealthy thirst for blood and vengeance.
