Chapter 424 First Meeting with Liang Youkai

Chapter 424 First Meeting with Liang Youkai

"Master Feng, Master Lin, this way!"

After getting off the bus, Liang Rujie gave a formulaic smile, bowed slightly, and gestured forward.

"Mr. Liang, the location of your old house is quite unique!"

Fatty Lin glanced back at the straight, narrow road leading directly to the Liang family's old house and said meaningfully.

"It's alright, I've lived here for decades, I'm used to it!" Liang Rujie said.

He clearly didn't catch the hidden meaning in Fatty Lin's words, his tone was slightly impatient, and his face still wore a formulaic fake smile.

Fatty Lin didn't say anything more and followed him inside.

We walked through a garden and followed Liang Rujie into the villa.

The moment I entered the villa, I heard a soft sobbing.

The voice was soft, yet very clear.

I paused, and Fatty Lin paused too. He turned around and glanced at me. We looked at each other and both understood what was in each other's eyes—it wasn't a human voice.

"Master Feng, Master Lin, third floor!"

Liang Rujie was completely unaware. When he saw us stop, he pointed towards the stairs.

"Um!"

Fatty Lin didn't say anything, he just nodded and followed Liang Rujie upstairs.

Arriving at a room on the left side of the third floor, Liang Rujie knocked on the door, and a weak voice came from inside: "Come in!"

Liang Rujie pushed open the door and said, "Daddy, Master Feng and Master Lin have arrived!"

As he spoke, he made way for us to come in.

As Lin the Fat Man and I entered the room, a stench of decay immediately filled my nostrils.

Looking inside, there was an old man lying half-reclined on the bed, wrapped in a thick coat, looking emaciated. This must be Liang Youkai.

Liang Youkai's hand was placed on the edge of the bed. On the back of his hand was a festering sore the size of an infant's fist. The center of the sore was yellow, oozing yellow fluid, while the surrounding area was black and seeping black blood. The putrid smell was coming from his hand.

"Masters, please forgive my embarrassing situation; I brought this upon myself!"

Seeing the two of us come in, Liang Youkai raised his left hand and gestured to us.

Clearly, he didn't intend to hide anything or use platitudes, and subtly admitted to the backlash from the curse.

"Mr. Liang, we don't care about right or wrong, we just want to treat the illness!" said Fatty Lin.

"Sigh!" Liang Youkai sighed and didn't say anything more.

Fatty Lin walked to the bedside, glanced at the festering sores on his hands, and said, "Mr. Liang, this kind of backlash from your curse isn't too difficult for us to deal with!"

"Tell me what you need, and I'll have Rujie prepare it!" Liang Youkai said.

"good!"

Without wasting any words, Fatty Lin said to Liang Rujie, "Young Master Liang, instruct the servants to prepare some hot water!"

What is "fire dragon water"? It is water boiled with mugwort, calamus, and pomelo leaves.

After explaining, Liang Rujie nodded and asked, "Besides this, what else do we need to prepare?"

"No!"

Fatty Lin shook his head.

We know very well what Liang Youkai is all about. When we came, we brought everything we needed, such as cinnabar, yellow paper, peach wood nails, mugwort, coarse sea salt, and black dog blood.

"Mr. Liang, your Liang family's old house is very well-built!"

After Liang Rujie left, Fatty Lin looked at Liang Youkai and said thoughtfully.

"Master Lin, you mean our Liang family's old house is built on a dead-end road?" Liang Youkai pointed out the truth in one sentence.

"Mr. Liang, it seems my guess was right. Your Liang family's old residence is set up with a feng shui arrangement that uses inauspicious elements to cultivate good fortune!" Fatty Lin said slowly.

"That's right!" Liang Youkai nodded, a hint of smugness in his expression.

"Mr. Liang, if I may be so bold, Feng Shui has always emphasized the importance of righteousness in shaping one's fortune. Your method, which goes against the grain, is not a sustainable approach!" Fatty Lin said meaningfully.

"What, Master Lin wants to rearrange the feng shui for our Liang family?" Liang Youkai asked.

"hehe!"

Fatty Lin smiled faintly and said, "Mr. Liang, that's up to you!"

Liang Youkai frowned and said, "Master Lin, let me think about it!"

"good!"

Fatty Lin nodded and didn't say anything more.

I didn't say anything. Fatty Lin pointed this out because he wanted to make another profit off Liang Youkai!

This is money you might as well make, but judging from Liang Youkai's appearance, he's clearly not someone that Fatty Lin can persuade with just a few words.

Twenty minutes later, the fire dragon water was ready, and we began to help Liang Youkai deal with the backlash.

"Mr. Liang, we plan to resolve your backlash in three steps. The first step is to control the evil and lock the meridians, the second step is to use yang to overcome yin, and the third step is to stabilize the meridians and solidify the soul!" Fatty Lin said.

"We'll do whatever you say!" Liang Youkai said.

"good!"

Fatty Lin nodded, exchanged a glance with me, and I took out silver needles and inserted them into several major acupoints on Liang Youkai to lock in the Yin energy.

After the acupuncture was finished, Fatty Lin stepped forward, pierced Liang Youkai's forehead with a silver needle, squeezed out a drop of blood, dripped it into the talisman ink, drew a talisman to lock away evil spirits, and chanted the incantation: "Heaven and Earth, the profound origin of all things. The mysterious needle locks away evil spirits, preventing them from invading. I obey the decree of the Big Dipper, may it be so!"

After the recitation was completed, the talisman was burned to ashes, mixed with coarse sea salt, and sprinkled on the festering sores on the back of Liang Youkai's hand.

The moment it was sprinkled, it made a sizzling sound, and the dark red pus seemed to boil, immediately releasing a plume of black smoke.

"what!"

Liang Youkai screamed in agony, cold sweat instantly pouring down his face.

"master!"

"Daddy!"

Liang Rujie and the old servant next to him exclaimed in surprise upon seeing this.

"fine!"

Fatty Lin waved his hand and looked at Liang Youkai, saying, "This is to lock down the backlash and prevent it from rushing to your heart. When you cast the spell, you used Liang Rujin's hair and nails, so the backlash would entangle your hand meridians. Locking the meridians now is just a temporary suppression."

After saying that, he gave me a wink. I nodded, got up and brought over the steaming hot water. Fatty Lin added three drops of black dog blood and a spoonful of pure cinnabar to the water, stirred it well, and then said to Liang Youkai, "Put your hand in."

Liang Youkai hesitated for a moment, then plunged his blackened hand into the water.

"Sizzle!"

Another familiar sound rang out, and Liang Youkai winced in pain, trying to pull his hand away, but Fatty Lin pressed down on his shoulder, forcing his hand down again.

A moment later, a layer of black blood rose to the surface of the water, and the water gradually became murky.

Liang Youkai had probably gotten used to the pain. After taking a few deep breaths, he signaled to Fatty Lin that he didn't need to press down anymore.

Fatty Lin released his grip and said, "Fire Dragon Water, black dog blood, and cinnabar are all extremely yang substances that can counteract the evil energy within you. Just bear with it a little longer, and I'll remove the evil energy for you!"

Having said that, he held his peach wood sword and drew the character for "break" on the water's surface, saying, "Yang fire burns yin, ultimate strength destroys evil. The evil spirit that binds the meridians, quickly leave the body. One needle dispels the chill, two needles expel the evil, three needles restore peace to the soul!"

While he was chanting the incantation, I took three peach wood nails and pierced three acupoints on his forehead, temples, and philtrum, which are also known as the three yang acupoints.
