Chapter 80: The Hulk Throws Him Down, and the Military with Unfriendly Invitations.
The problem is that the idea is good, but the implementation is terrible.

At this moment, one minute had passed, just as Toby emerged from the smoke after dealing with the Abomination.
Just as Peter was looking anxious, Toby's stern yet reassuring voice appeared.
Then, with a loud thud, the shockwave abruptly stopped.
Hulk, who was constantly opening and closing his palms, was kicked from the side by Toby's Knight Kick and sent flying, crashing into a building with a thud!
Toby pointed at Harry, who was kneeling on the ground panting heavily, and Peter, who had just recovered from the shock, and said coldly, "I'll deal with you two later!"
After saying that, Toby dashed into the building that Hulk had crashed into!
Then came the dull thuds of heavy objects hitting the ground, and Hulk's screams coming from the dark hole in the building!

Peter and Harry stood back to back, warily watching the soldiers around them.

"But I just don't understand... why are all you high-ranking officials so stupid?" Toby's eyes turned indifferent.
"How could someone be so stupid as to not know their own limitations, spending their days daydreaming about mastering powers they can't possibly control?"
General Ross frowned, a sense of foreboding creeping into his heart, but knowing these so-called superheroes were nothing but a bunch of weak hypocrites, he maintained a firm tone:
"This is just routine. I don't understand what you're saying, but if you don't hand over the Hulk to me today and come back with us for inspection, you'll be wanted criminals in America!"
Upon hearing this, Toby lifted Hulk with one hand, a cruel smile slowly spreading across his lips: "Wanted criminal? I don't like that title. I prefer to be called... a terrorist!"

With a flick of his wrist, Toby sent Hulk flying in a blur of green, slamming the unsuspecting General Ross into the tank behind him, sending him exploding into a shower of tomato juice!
